MSWG-25 Fully Automatic SWG Line Main Features:

1. This line is a fully automatic, consist of 4 major units, from left to right are as following.

   A Auto winder

   B Six-axis collaborative robot

   C Auto press

   D Guide ring feeding system
   

2. PLC programmed process control, work mode fully automatic. The process route of the whole production line is as follows

   1)Auto winder produce winding elements;

   2)Six-axis collaborative robot pick up winding element from winder;

   3)Six-axis collaborative robot drop winding element to platform of press:

   4)Platform automatic measure the OD of element, and make judge yes or no; Element with qualified dimensions proceed; unqualified ones will be sorted out by the robot. 

   5)Press's No 1 two-arm robot pick element (if yes) and drop to assembly mold;

   6)Meanwhile, No 2 two-arm robot pick guide deformed guide ring and drop to the assembly mold; 

   7)Press head with flatten up mold come down, flatten guide ring, therefore finish guide ring assembly;

   8)No 3 two-arm robot pick up finished gasket transfer to collection bar. 

   
   

3. The total cycle time determined by auto winder, take 3 inch gasket as example, the line cycle time is around 25 minutes. 

4. Guide ring feeding system have two storages, one is under supplying, meanwhile another one can be reloading, so this line can run constantly run without stop for reloading; and the gasket unloading system also have 4 bars to hang the gasket, as soon as one is full, system will automatically switch to the next one, so operator can collect the gasket without stop the machine.

5. Special designed quick changing mold, reduce set up time, change over time less than 10 minutes.

6. Use pressurized oil air cylinder provide pressure up to 5 tons, can assembly sizes from1 ½” up to 6”-300, cover all big volume items.

7. Durable auto line with simply and easy maintenance requirements.

8. It works well with inner ring type of gasket.
