Machine main features

1. Machine is specially designed for making the metal corrugation gasket, with two work stations at both end of the machine; One is for forming corrugation, another is for circular cut. Two stations lined up with a rail, metal sheet will be loaded on the travel head between two stations, which can travel from one side to another.

2. Process control is manual, but very easy to operate. 3 steps process only, 

    2-1 prepare a round metal sheet, load on the central hole of travel head;

    2-2 form corrugation at one station first;

    2-3 travel to circular cut station for inside circular cut.

3. Machine is designed heavy duty, very durable, corrugation forming rollers and cutter are all made by tooling steel with heat treated to HRC 60, can last very long time.
